Return and Refund Policy

Moonforest is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If our products do not meet your expectations, you may easily return them and receive a refund within thirty (30) days. You only need to bear the return shipping cost.

 

Order Cancellation

Moonforest accepts order cancellations before the goods are shipped. After the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

 

If the order has already been processed, a small fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover the costs incurred during the order interception process.

 

If the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If your order has been shipped, we will issue a refund immediately after receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Once the refund application is approved, we will process the refund within three (3) business days.

 

30-Day Refund Guarantee

You may return your product for any reason within thirty (30) days, and only need to bear the return shipping cost.

 

You can choose to arrange the return by yourself, or we can provide you with a return shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

Returning goods from outside the 48 contiguous states of the United States may incur additional shipping costs.

 

Used cat litter is not eligible for return or refund.

 

Moonforest will bear the shipping cost for returns due to product quality issues. For returns not caused by product quality issues, customers need to bear the shipping cost themselves.

 

All goods must be cleaned before return. If the returned goods are unclean, a cleaning fee of $30 may be charged, and this fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

If the product does not meet the above requirements, the return may be rejected.

 

Moonforest will issue the refund within 7-10 business days after receiving the item. For customers who paid with a debit card or credit card, the refund processing may take up to 30 days.

 

If you purchased Moonforest products through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer.

Instructions

In case of product quality issues, please send an email to hello@moonforestpet.com to apply for a return. After confirmation, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Please ensure that all returned goods are sent to the return address designated by Moonforest.

Refunds (If Applicable)

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, and the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods) within a certain number of days. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation.

 

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incomplete address or other reasons, and we still cannot contact the customer after three attempts to reach them, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping cost, as re-shipment cannot be arranged. To avoid any delays or troubles, please ensure that your delivery information is accurate.
